Initiate a Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Supernote device, stylus, and cables in their original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technical team verifies the device's condition and clears any personal data, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
